It all started when I was 13 years old and I decided to practice a youth soccer team. I learned to strip the game down to the bare bones and lead this team of determined 4 & 5 years to an undefeated season.
Looking back, it was this experience that unknowingly unlocked a skill I didn’t think much of at the time. I now lead a creative team in a global corporation, applying the same principles of coaching.
